This training is required for external coaches who supervise minors on campus as part of their lab duties. Students and staff are not required to complete this training.
We use the UW School of Social Work's mandatory reporter training program. With these instructions, you can complete the online training.
Open the mandatory reporter training program page.
Complete the training.
Click the "Mark As Complete" button.
Enter your name for your certificate.
Print the certificate to a PDF or take a screenshot with your name and completion status visible.
Upload the screenshot on the Requirements & Forms page under "Mandatory Reporter Training."
